Olivia Weindorf is an auditor at Grant Thornton AG in Leipzig. She has more than ten years of experience in auditing individual and consolidated financial statements for companies of various legal forms, sizes, and industries. She has also been certified as a sustainability auditor by the Institute of Public Auditors in Germany (Institut der Wirtschaftsprüfer in Deutschland e. V.), which qualifies her to prepare and audit sustainability reports. Since 2025, she has been involved in so-called “Go certifications” as part of her membership in Forum Gemeinwohl e. V. This involves supporting organizations in demonstrating and further developing their commitment to the common good.



As part of the Grant Thornton Start-up Initiative, Olivia is also particularly committed to the local start-up scene in Leipzig and the surrounding area and has been a member of the organizing team of the Public Value Award for Start-ups since 2017.
